Service access
IPTVGrand provides subscription access for the plan and period confirmed in your order. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or used on more screens at once than your plan allows.
Compatible equipment
You are responsible for a compatible device, player app and stable internet connection. We recommend setup steps but do not control third-party devices, apps or internet providers.
Orders and renewal
Plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
Acceptable use
You must not try to copy, rebroadcast, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service, or share your login publicly.
Changes
Channel line-ups, apps and technical routes may change over time. Support helps you keep access, but a given third-party channel or app is not guaranteed forever.
Refunds
Eligible purchases are covered by our 14-day refund policy.
