Our 14-day guarantee
If your IPTVGrand subscription does not meet your needs, you can ask for a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. Contact support from the email used for the order and include your order number.
Before a refund
Our team may first help solve device, app, network or account problems. This helps us tell a service issue from a local setup issue.
Processing
Approved refunds go back through the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider timelines are outside our control and may add a few business days.
Trials
The free 1-hour trial costs nothing. The paid 24-hour pass is for testing the service and is not refundable once access has been delivered.
